We had trip from Antalya to Stockholm through Istanbul. Our plan was delayed in Antalya and we miss our plan in Istanbul because of it. It wasnt direct flight this day, and we had to stay in Istanbul all day and night. I was with my husband and son 14 months. So representative of company offered stay in hotel, when we went to transfer he asked us go in the last , because we had baby carriage, and when everyone get place, he said that places finished and we had to wait with baby about 1 hour when transfer back... No, I and my husband can wait really , but not our son who get sick in Antalya and spend last 5 days in hospital and should already landed in home ( Stockholm ), what kind of service is it??? Why we must wait with sick child???? But this guy said that he cant do nothing.. We trying explain him situation and after 10 min he with angry face asked people who was already in buss give place to us... It was really not nice situation that company put us! So we went to hotel, and my child needed special baby food ( we didnt plan stay in Istanbul and food and pampers was finished, I talked about it to representative in airport but he said there is shop near hotel where we can buy everything, so I trusted his words, but in fact it wasnt no baby food there and other shops was far. Manager from hotel said I can offer some food for baby in restaurant but it will cost extra money... But why I should pay , its not our fault that we stay in this hotel and didnt went home this day..??? Next day our flight was delayed again... During the flight we needed help of stewardess, and we press special button, baby was crying but nobody come, and one stewardess who standed near us didnt pay attention that we need help, she was very busy sailing alcohol from they shop... So hope she had good deal if she even forget about her direct duty take care of passengers...

You cannot add any booking if you didnt use booking by Pegasus plus login, you cannot retrieve your boarding pass, you dont see your Pegasus points

Needs some more info about baggage allowance and cancelation policies.

The ticket in passbook doesnt show the time of departure, but shows the time check-in was done
